The JFNA Board of Trustees are committed to addressing pressing issues in the Jewish world today and dedicated to cultivating and sustaining a strong global Jewish community according to the Jewish Federation.

Pozner is a former chairwoman of the Federation’s Women’s Philanthropy; a former chairwoman and treasurer of the finance committee; a former chairwoman of CCJE; and formerly served on the P2K partnership, and long-range planning committees.

An endowed Women’s Philanthropy Lion of Judah, Pozner was a recipient of the Lion of Judah’s Kipnis-Wilson Friedland Award, and she received a Jewish Federation of NENY President’s Award in 2012.

In addition to Pozner’s Federation leadership, she has served as secretary, treasurer, and president of Temple Israel in Albany’s sisterhood; treasurer and a member of the executive committee and board of trustees of Bet Shraga Hebrew Academy; and is a life member of Hadassah.
