SCHENECTADY–From May 1 through June 30, “Israel @ 70: A Photographic Tribute by Margo Singer “will be exhibited in the Farber-Miness Lounge of the Robert and Dorothy Ludwig Schenectady JCC on the Golub Family Campus, 2565 Balltown Rd.

An artist’s reception, which is open to the public, will be held on Sunday, May 6, from 3 – 5 p.m.

In the fall  of 2016, Singer and her husband Israel (Izzy) went in Israel to visit family and to sightsee. This was Singer’s first trip to Israel in more than 40 years. She had visited as a teenager.

Singer is a graduate of Barnard College and the Columbia University School of Public & International Affairs. She works for the Brain Injury Association of New York State in Albany.

Singer and her husband live in Castleton,  and are members of Congregation Berith Sholom in Troy and the Nassau Synagogue.
