Holocaust survivor’s son to discuss his father’s life at Colonie library

ALBANY—Arnon Adler will relate his father ‘s Holocaust survival story at a presentation at the Colonie Town Library (William K. Sanford) 629 Albany Shaker Rd., Loudonville on Monday, April 1. The 6 p.m. program is open to the community.

Bernard Adler, a tailor from Nagydobos, a country town in Hungary, attributed his survival in the concentration camps to his skills as a tailor and to his faith. According to organizers, Arnon will tell his father’s story to ensure that Jews always remember and never forget the past.
