ALBANY–Sherry Kearns, president of the Ne’imah Jewish Community Chorus, has announced the postponement of its 28th annual spring concert that was to be held on Sunday, May 31, at the Massry Center for the Arts, with guest artist, Cantor Shira Ginsburg of NYC.  Given the current situation with COVID-19, and, in consideration of the health and of membership, musicians and audience, the concert has been postponed until the spring of 2021.

Since its founding in 1992 by Rosemary Linsider, Ne’imah’s four part chorus of about 35 singers has been led by Conductor and Music Director Anna Dubrova and for the last three years, Dan White has been the piano accompanist.

The mission of the Ne’imah Jewish Community Chorus is to acquaint, educate and enrich the community Jewish choral repertoire.
