One of the many and varied photos by Margo Singer that are part of her new exhibit at the Sand Lake Center for the Arts.
“The Traveling Lens of Margo B. Singer,” an exhibit of photos, will be on display from June 4- 30 at the Sand Lake Center for the Arts (SLCA) in Averill Park. The exhibit will feature Singer’s photographs of her travels to Israel, Canada, Spain, Ireland and the American southwest, as well as photographs from this region. All photographs will be available for purchase.

Margo’s husband, musician Izzy Singer, who performs locally under the name “As Iz,” will perform during the artist reception on Saturday, June 21, from 3-5 p.m. The reception is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served. Singer will be available during the reception to discuss her photography.

The Singers, residents of Castleton, are members of Congregation Berith Sholom and the Nassau Synagogue. Izzy Singer is a regular contributor of the “Iz Visions” cartoons featured in The Jewish World.
