ALBANY–Colonie Chabad will host a Shavuot celebration and a dairy buffet on Wednesday, June 12, at 5:30 p.m. at Rabbi Mordechai and Chana Rubins’ home, 401 Loudon Rd., Loudonville.
The 10 Commandments and ice cream and other dairy treats will be featured.
Three other Shavuot events are planned by Colonie Chabad.
Following a Tuesday, June 11, dinner at 7:45 p.m. a later that night Jewish study with guest student rabbis has been announced.
Services on Thursday June 13 begin at 10:30 a.m., and will be followed by kiddush. The yizkor, memorial service for loved ones, will be at 11:30 a.m.
