LEIAH BOWDEN

SCHENECTADY– The Schenectady Jewish Community Center (SJCC) has slated a free program with Leiah Bowden on Monday, May 12, at 6:30 p.m. She will read excerpts from her book, Amidah in the Pandemic: Received Blessings at the Center, 2565 Balltown Rd. According to organizers, the book is a collection of Bowdon’s poems and messages.

Bowden’s bio states that she is a high frequency intuitive communications counselor, animal communicator, spiritual mentor, artist and writer whose learning path has been dominated by teachings and guidance from archangels, ascended masters and off-planet guides since childhood. According to organizers, Bowdon seeks to mirror and encourage the authentic divine in each person that she encounters to facilitate self-forgiveness and kindle hope. She says, “When we let our intuition guide us, we act true to our authentic being, and we proceed along the path we were born to experience.”

The program is supported by the Sadie Schneider Rosh Hodesh Fund of Congregation Agudat Achim and by the JCC Friends of the Arts.
