B’nai Sholom Reform Congregation is opening its doors to welcome the Capital Region community for the High Holy Days with registration in advance of the holidays. B’nai Sholom is located at 420 Whitehall Rd., Albany.

The congregation once again offers visitors an opportunity to attend any, or all of the services at no charge. All services will be available in person and via Zoom.  For children, B’nai Sholom will offer tailored one-hour programs geared to ages 3-7 on both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur mornings.

Rabbi Danielle Weisbrot, who joined B’nai Sholom as its spiritual leader in 2021, will conduct all services. B’nai Sholom’s new congregant choir will join Rebecca Pacuk, returning as cantoral soloist. Pacuk is a graduate of the University of Hartford’s Hartt School of Music and an Albany area native who attended B’nai Sholom during her youth. Elizabeth M. Huntley will return to furnish harp accompaniment to the services. The shofar will be blown by congregants.
