“Days of Awe: The Role of the Jewish Community in Shaping Israel’s Future in an Era of Democratic Instability” will be the theme of a Zoom talk and discussion on Oct. 2 at 4 p.m. It will be presented by Kenneth Bob.
The event is co-sponsored by Congregation Berith Sholom in Troy and the Capital District Chapter of J Street and is open to the community.
Bob is president of Ameinu, which is a leading Progressive Zionist organization in America. Bob is also chairman of Project Rozana U.S.A., which funds Israeli and Palestinian organizations that work together to provide needed medical aid to Palestinians. He is also on the executive committee of the board of governors for the Jewish Agency for Israel.
Bob is a software entrepreneur and IT management consultant.
