The congregation of the Nassau Synagogue has announced a Jewish book give-away on Sunday, May 19, from 11 a.m. –2 p.m. and Wednesday, May 22, from 6– 8 p.m. It will be held at the synagogue, 12 Albany Ave., Nassau. Parking is available across the street or at the closed gas station at the corner of Albany Avenue and Elm Street.
According to organizers, the used books are in good condition and individuals interested in photos of the available books may request e-mail photosof the books at
