RACHEL WAGMAN
CATSKILL – Catskill resident Rachel Wagman anticipates heading to the Berlin Opera Academy to continue her studies in classical opera. As part of fund-raising efforts or her music education she will perform some of her favorite selections from Strauss, Mozart, Puccini, Duparc, and Stravinsky on Sunday, Nov. 20, at 3 p.m. The concert will be at Temple Israel of Catskill, 220 Spring St. at the junction of Rtes. 385 and 23.
