ALBANY–Daughters of Sarah will host a Kosher Night Out on Thursday, Sept. 12 at The Massry Residence on its campus, 182 Washington Ave Ext., Albany. This year, the event will feature a farm-to-table experience, showcasing a five-course meal crafted by Executive Chef Paul Ozimek.
The chef has created an extraordinary dining experience by incorporating the freshest ingredients directly from his own garden. Each of the five courses offers three distinct options, allowing guests to tailor their meal to their personal tastes.
The dining event is under the strict supervision of the Va’ad Hakashrut of the Capital District. According to organizers, because of limited seating the event is expected to sell out quickly.
Reservations and menu information may be obtained from the Daughters of Sarah Jewish Foundation at 518-724-3260 or 518-724-3261. The cost is $80 per person, and reservations are required.
