ALBANY– Bethlehem Chabad’s Jewish Women’s Circle (JWC) has slated, “Tapas and Traditions,” an evening dedicated to exploring the flavors and customs of Sephardic cuisine for Thursday, Nov. 21, at 7 p.m. The program is set for the Bethlehem Chabad, 393, Delaware Ave., Delmar. It is is open to all women in the community.

According to organizers, participants will have an opportunity to indulge in a variety of Sephardic tapas, ranging from savory to sweet, accompanied by the stories and traditions that help to define them.
